With 30 years of experience in real estate, I have knowledge in all aspects of the business and can cater my services to the needs of you and your family.

As a member of the Board of Realtors, I, Michael Banks,  adhere to a strict code of ethics when representing you or your home. I promise to focus on service and reliability and treat each of my clients as if they are my only client. The relationships that a client can engage in with their real estate broker can be confusing at times. My many years of experience in all areas of the real estate industry can guarantee that you and your family will get the proper treatment that you deserve. I am confident that you will find me easy to talk to and very down to earth. I am never too busy to hear you voice your concerns, and I will never think that any question isn’t worth asking. Although it is an exciting time, I understand that buying or selling a home is a life changing experience and I am happy to share in this experience with you.

If you are selling your home, you want to be sure that your agent will offer an extensive marketing campaign to entice other agents to show your home. He should understand key “behind the scenes” tactics such as home staging, negotiation and selection of price that is catered to your home’s target market. If you are buying a home, you want someone who can understand your needs and deliver homes that fit your criteria. Your agent should be familiar with your Jacksonville NC real estate’s area, its neighborhoods and community. He should have the insight to ensure that you arrive at the best deal possible while constantly remaining professional. Overall, you must feel comfortable talking with your broker and trust that he is working for you. My goal is to make sure that your real estate experience is as effortless as possible and that in the end, you come away feeling like the big winner!
